On behalf of Aspen Institute Forum for Community Solutions, Trombone Shorty Foundations, and Newport Festivals Foundation, we are excited to invite you to the next quarterly meeting of the Scaling Creative Youth Development (SCYD) Working Group on April 28, 2026 from 10:30 am-3:30 pm.
Following impactful meetings in Newport in July 2025 and Aspen in October 2025, we look forward to convening once again at the Ashé Cultural Arts Center, New Orleans (TBC) to share updates on our five work streams, reflect on progress made to-date, and plan for accelerating work in 2026.

April 28 (5–8 p.m.): The Trombone Shorty Foundation’s “Getting Funky in Havana” celebration at the home of Barb Siskin *(RSVP required; see flyer below)
